BrightApps provides support for PdfRecast product use, billing, security reports, privacy requests, and corrections to published information. Email brightappsupport@gmail.com and include only the information needed to investigate the request.
Product and billing support
For a product issue, include the tool, browser, operating system, expected result, actual result, and whether the PDF contained native text or a scan. Do not email a confidential PDF unless support specifically requests a safe reproduction file.
For billing, include the account email, plan, payment date, and Cashfree order or payment reference. Never send a card number, password, one-time password, or banking credential.
Security, privacy, and content corrections
Use a clear subject such as “Security report,” “Privacy request,” or “Content correction.” For a correction, identify the page URL and statement at issue. Avoid including personal data that is not required to understand the request.
